The Father’s Song

I have always been at a loss for words at the thought of God choosing me. I have been entranced by the thought of God adopting me as His daughter. Over the years, the wonder of that adoption has struck a cord deep down inside of me .. there is a lot more to this story, and if you’d like to know about it, just ask me … I would love to share.
Ephesians 1:3-14 sheds some light into this adoption.
”The Father’s Song” — Matt Redman
I have heard so many songs
Listened to a thousand tongues
But there is one
That sounds above them all
The Father’s song
The Father’s love
You sung it over me and for eternity
It’s written on my heart
CHORUS:
Heaven’s perfect melody
The Creator’s symphony
You are singing over me
The Father’s song
Heaven’s perfect mystery
The king of love has sent for me
And now you’re singing over me
The Father’s song
It’s Heaven’s perfect mystery
The king of love has sent for me
And now you’re singing over me
The Father’s song
The Father’s song
The Father’s love
You sung it over me and for eternity
It’s written on my heart
It’s written on my heart
You sing it over me
Father

It is rather entrancing…
9″And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure…”
I’m sure I’ll be asking you for the rest of the story sooner than later
